The Code is everything you need to know about how the school and dorms work. Remember this is a boarding school for junior and senior high students, time passes as it passes in real life and uniforms are worn here. Unless you are given permission you are not allowed out of school grounds other then on the block so you can go to coffee shops and such but other then that stay on campus!

| Hand Made Arts
Anything you've made by hand goes in here, even if its only a picture of it, since you can't very well put it online as it was made can you? Hand Made Arts include things such as origami, sculptures and mosiac. There are other things as well, some even consider patchwork pieces of art. | Character Logs
This is where you may create a character log for your character. What goes into a character log? Well that might depend on you. A characters profile might go into the character log along with his/her/its tables. A log of their topics and links to them in the order of which they were either created or played out in a chronological order. There might be also a list of those they met and how they feel about them along with any anecdotes or ramblings you and/or your character might have. Please do name the log after your character, last name first.

| Senior High Dorms
These dorms are much larger then the Junior High Dorms and much nicer, not that the Junior High Dorms aren't nice but these are made to hold up to 5 people. There are a lot of rooms so there is room for everyone and like the Junior High dorms there are 2 students to a room and once again paired randomly. You will get a different room mate once you get to Senior high.

| Junior High Dorms
Everyone from grade 7 to 9 come to stay here, 2 per dorm and everyone is paired randomly. 1 male and 1 female to each dorm, Cross Academy feels it is good to have people share dorms with different genders from the start. Of course there is a regular night check at midnight to make sure everyone is in their dorms. Remember the pairing is random so you can't complain about anything.

| Science Wing
As you walk down the hallway you'll notice a sign above your head that reads "Science Wing". Here is where you'll be taking all of your courses that deal with science, and there is even a science club after school for students who are interested.

| Math Wing
Turning the corner by the cafeteria you read a sign above your head that says "Math Wing". All of your classes involving math will be held in this area, and this is also the place where the Mathletes meet everyday after school.

| Social Studies Department
Walking down past the library you'll notice a small sign reading 'Social Studies Department' above your head. The courses involved with politics and history are all taught down here, and a few electives (student government) courses are also in full swing down here.

| Life Skills Department
Students tend to take these courses for an easy semester, or if they have a heavy work load and aren't out for anymore homework. Sewing, Health, Cooking, and courses based on taking care of children are all offered in this department. These are rather fun courses, with the exception of Health, but unfortunately that class is mandatory.

| Physical Education Department
Gym, a mandatory class for all students, is designed to work your body until it's about to break, and the pain you feel afterwards only proves you've worked well in class. There are different units for all the students, and also practices are held in the gym for sports after school.

| English Department
The English department is positioned next to the Library, and it's a rather large section of the school. There are seven classrooms, all offering different subjects that have to deal with English (Composition and Reading). These classrooms all have very strict rules though, so don't fool around while in English.

| Art Department
This department has a small wing attached to the main building. This is where all of the arts, visual and performing, are taught to the students who are interested. This is also where the auditorium is located, so head down this way when there is an assembly! Watch out though, the good seats are always the first to fill up.

| Cafeteria
Depending on what period you have lunch in, this is the place you can go (That is if you're not going to sit outside). It is open for breakfast too if you're in the mood for something before you get to class. It is a rather large cafeteria, and there is a small room for the upperclassmen to eat in peace.

| Lunch Area
During the fall and spring, you can see some students out here during the winter months, the lunch area outside is rather crowded. Complete with cement sidewalks for walking to and from the building (skaters take advantage of the smooth surface), this place is the ideal place to eat on those nice hot days.

| Practice Field
This is the smaller of the two fields, and the grooming isn't all that great, but it still helps give the teams more time to practice. Mostly running drills are worked with on this field, and even the goal-posts are crooked. The school just doesn't have enough money to get it fixed yet.

| Baseball Diamond
This baseball diamond is shared by both the High School team and also the Little League team. Games are mostly on the weekends, while the practices run throughout the week, so come support your fellow students while they play against the other teams.

| Sports Field
This field, located behind the school next to the baseball diamond, is where the teams play their games. It's shared by the Football, Lacrosse, Soccer, and Field Hockey team, so you can guess how often games are happening. Since so many teams need to use this field there is also a small 'practice' field set up for practices. That way the teams would be able to share both fields with each other.

| Front Steps
You'd think these were just steps up into the building, but this is the place that many important events take place. Students get together here to work on homework, buy/sell drugs, and to just talk before the warning bell rings.

The quad is the place where most of the students hang out in between classes. There are few benches for you to sit, and also a gazebo positioned in the middle of it. Here is where the students can relax and socialize, but don't waste time getting back to class once you hear the warning bell ring.

| Parking Lot
The parking lot basically doesn't need an explanation. The students, only the ones with parking passes, find their spot and keep their cars there throughout the day. Some shady things go on inside the cars, but what the administration doesn't know won't hurt them.

| The Forbidden Trail
This trail leads off from the back of the school through a long wooded path. The land is owned by an older male who doesn't like people trespassing. If you want to go on this trail I suggest you be very quiet about it, because if you're caught there will be hell to pay.

| Lamia
Lamia is a favorite among many males because the females will do anything for a price. This isn't so much a dance club, nor a strip club but somewhere in between a bar and a night club. This place serves some of the best drinks and is open 24/7 to everyone. If you’re looking for a fun night then you’ll probably end up here, the music is usually dark and hypnotic and the lights dim. This is a place where anything can happen.

| Viva La Noche
A relatively quiet bar for its size and popularity, name your poison and they probably have it. Everything from Vodka to beer and everything in between and more is served here but it’s not necessarily good. They also have an extensive cocktail list and wine list, if you have the money rare and expensive foreign alcohol can be purchased. There is a strictly ‘no-fighting’ policy so if you start something expect to be thrown out on your butt immediately. Shady deals usually go down here between the various people, no ones bats an eyes lash however. Its open 24/7, during the day it’s usually quite dead but at night it picks up considerably.

| Nyeusigrube
This is the cities’ most popular dance club; it opens at 11 every night and closes just before dawn. Only a very limited list of drinks is served here but they are quite exquisite and range in price from moderately expensive to quite pricy. There is usually a very long line to get in every night, but those with connections in high places are let in immediately. The music here is loud with heavy bass lines perfect for cub dancing; the genre of music played depends on the DJ on the night.

| Der Schieler
Der Schieler has a reputable bar out the front, it plays loud music and displays large screens allowing people to bet on races and such. Lots of people come here to socialize and have a drink or two; it is a favorite among students. A variety of good cheep foreign and local beers can be bought here. Out the back however, which is only accessible to those who know about it is a popular strip club. The strip club out back is a lot better furbished than most although some parts are a little worse for wear. It has a discrete back entrance from a side street so as to not arouse suspicion.

| Bloody Black Rose
The Bloody Black Rose is an extremely elegant club, red and back colors dominate the undeniably gothicesque atmosphere, matching well with the clubs name. Candelabras, black lace curtains and chandeliers are its standard of décor. People usually like to dress up when going to the Bloody Black Rose as it serves for a place to go to have more civilized and sophisticated gatherings.

The beach is here a lot of kids spend their spring breaks and such. Girls come here to pick up guys and get a tan while guys come to show off and surf. The majority of the time that is. The wind is strong and the waves are usually fairly big but one come days people come out to sail, kite board or wind surf. It's your choice what to do at the beach.

| The Cemetery
Some kids lose people close to them. They come here to find solace. Though at night some kids, play harmless games or sardines and ghost in the graveyard. In any case people come here for many different reasons, the favorite time to visit to play sardines is usually winter, it's easier to hide.

| Cat's Eye Cafe
This cafe is a beautiful little place located right across the street from the school. Students can come here in the morning for breakfast and coffee. The coffee is strong so unless you ask for a mild blend be prepared for extremely strong coffee! It is a nice place, it's clean and quiet. It's a nice place to hang out and many students enjoy coming here after class to do their homework in quiet.

Everyone in Cross Academy is connected through cellphones, because...who else in the world isn't? Here, you can pick up the phone and chat with a friend when you are in the dorms, and your friend is all the way across town. All of this is done in IC of course so have fun with it!

| Rumor Mill
The infamous Rumor Mill at Cross Academy. Located on the back of the Map near the Forbidden Trail. Some kids post anonymously nasty rumors about the other students at Cross Academy. Some may be true, while others are totally fabricated. But, those who post with their names, they have guts. There are so many notes and rumors on the back of this big map of campus that Headmaster Cross have long given up trying to clean it up and just doesn't show this to people visiting the campus. So, leave a note, ask a question, or start a rumor. It's all up to you. This bored is guest friendly so you can post here as a guest and say whatever you want about whoever you want without getting caught. Though if you are brave then sign your name!
